At Smoke One, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please ensure items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided by our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
